Find out the customer's needs
Existing and prospective clients submit a request with the required job positions, quantities, and deadlines. We evaluate your request and make an offer.
Looking for staff
Once the cooperation is agreed upon, the search and selection of employees are carried out according to the criteria provided by the client. We provide the employees with the jobs offered by the client. If necessary, we send employees for training.
Once suitable employees have been found, we sign the service contract, process the recruitment documents, and help the employees arrange their arrival at the workplace and accommodation if the workplace is in a foreign country.
